Project’s main objective is to support the mobility, adaptability and the provision of vocational training to the people in working age in the cross-border region.

Specific objectives are:

• to identify the current and expected in the future gaps between the needs of the employers and the availability of qualified workforce in the cross-border region.
• to develop a strategy for integrated cross-border human resources development (S-I-HRD) that will improve the mobility, adaptability and the quality of vocational training in the cross-border region.
• to share the findings of the research and to promote the S-I-HRD through widely attended conferences held in Bulgaria and FYROM and through the targeted project information and promotion campaigns.
• to help the job seekers and the employers from both sides of the border in the recruitment process through the establishment of a web information portal.
• to help students and self-learning persons as well as vocational training providers by establishment of an e-learning platform for vocational training.
